B. Website

• Advertisement requests must be submitted to Seth Johnson, RHIA through email at Seth.Johnson@UETHIMA.org.
• All advertisements must be approved by the UETHIMA Board of Directors or its designee prior to placement on the UETHIMA website.
• A link to the Vendor website along with the name and email address of a vendor representative and brief description of services (30 words or less provided by the vendor) will be created on the UETHIMA website.
• The fee for advertising on the UETHIMA Vendor Showcase is $30.00 per month. Please make checks payable to Upper East Tennessee Health Information Management Association. The address for UETHIMA is P.O. Box 3672 Johnson City, TN 37602.
• Changes to the advertisement once posted may be submitted electronically to Seth Johnson, RHIA through email at Seth.Johnson@UETHIMA.org.
• Advertisements will include a disclaimer that UETHIMA does not endorse the product or service.
